Ridam's path to Karmic Awakening ran through the boardroom, the classroom, and the field — not just one of them. He has worked inside a multinational corporation, taught personality development to school students, and spent over two years in grassroots social development across Arunachal Pradesh and West Bengal. That triangulation is the actual thesis behind Karmic Awakening: the analytical rigor organisations expect (EQ) paired with the reflective depth people actually need (SQ) — a blend built, not assumed.
